Authenticity

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Veranova Fragrance sells authentic brand-name fragrances and takes authenticity concerns seriously.

Are you an authorized reseller for every brand?

No. Veranova Fragrance is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer for every brand sold on the site.

Why does the packaging sometimes look different from photos or an older bottle?

Brands change packaging over time. Box design, label placement, bottle details, caps, cellophane, and barcode formatting can vary by production run, packaging refresh, or market version without indicating a fake product.

Can batch codes or lot codes vary?

Yes. Batch and lot codes differ by brand in format, placement, and readability. Some appear on the box, some on the bottle, and some on both.

Can reformulations or packaging updates affect what I receive?

Yes. Some brands update packaging, concentration labels, or formulas over time. That can create differences in presentation and, in some cases, scent impression between older and newer production runs.

Do you sell testers?

If a product is a tester, that should be identified in the product listing. If the listing does not identify the item as a tester, you should not assume it is one. If you have a question about a specific item, contact us before ordering.

Orders and Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that need payment review, address verification, or inventory checks may take longer.

How long does shipping take?

After dispatch, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping, when offered at checkout, typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Carrier delays, remote ZIP codes, weather, and peak periods can affect delivery time.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Veranova Fragrance currently ships within the United States only.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the product, shipping box, and shipping label. That gives us the best chance to review the issue quickly.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item received, and a photo of the shipping label if possible. We will review the issue and guide you on next steps.

What if something is missing from my order?

Send your order number and a short description of what is missing. If possible, include photos of the package, interior packing materials, and shipping label.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a fragrance?

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be eligible under our returns policy. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What is the difference between unopened and opened return eligibility?

Eligible fragrance returns are generally limited to unopened, unused items in original packaging with seals intact. Opened, used, or tampered fragrance products are generally not eligible for return because of hygiene and safety standards.

Can I return an opened perfume if I do not like the scent?

In most cases, no. Fragrance products that have been opened or used are generally not returnable.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Inspection and refund processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
