We want you to shop with confidence. To keep the process fair, safe, and clear, please review the return guidelines below.
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after that window may not be approved.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Because fragrance products are personal-use items, opened, used, or tampered products are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
Gift sets must be returned complete with all original components.
Wrong, damaged, or missing items
If you received the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product.
How to request a return
Please contact us before sending any item back. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
If a return is approved, we will send the correct return address by email. Do not send returns to our Opelika mailing/support address or to the shipping-origin address shown on a package unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs after the returned item is received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Inspection and refund processing usually takes 3-5 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the refund.
Shipping charge clarification
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
